Regularly clean the grating and coding disc with industrial alcohol (approximately once every one to three days), open the movable cover, carefully clean the dust inside the printer, remove dirt from the printing board, and especially pay attention to the hygiene of the grating tape. If there is ink or other dirt on the grating strip, you can wipe it with alcohol.

3. Clean with alcohol or cleaning solution every other week. Method: Add alcohol or cleaning solution to the sponge of the cleaning unit, draw it from the waste ink tube, and repeat back and forth until it is completely cleaned; Clean the external dirt every day.

Maintenance of nozzle

1. If the UV tablet is not used for a short period of time, it should be turned on once a day because the UV tablet needs to be preheated and will automatically perform a nozzle cleaning program when turned on. It can discharge ink droplets that were originally attached to the nozzle, avoiding ink droplets from staying on the nozzle and causing blockage. If not used for a long time, please remove the nozzle, clean it with cleaning solution, and then seal and store the nozzle.
